Your chef handles two jobs at once: cooking dinner for the whole group and keeping the crowd entertained the entire time. Every HibaChef chef is trained in both, so the knife work, the jokes, and the timing on each plate all hold up together.
Live Tableside Cooking
Your guests see, hear, and smell every part of the meal as it happens. The chef slices, flips, and flames everything on the grill just a few feet from the table, so each plate goes straight from the heat to your guests.
Full Setup for Cooking
There is no grocery run and no equipment to borrow. HibaChef brings the hibachi grill, professional cooking tools, and fresh ingredients sized to your guest count. The team sets up the cooking station before dinner and cleans it up once the last plate is served.
You Provide the Space
Your part is the guest side: tables, chairs, plates, glasses, and utensils, plus a level spot for the chef and grill. Most events happen on a patio or in a backyard. Indoor service works when the space has proper ventilation, safe access, and meets our setup requirements.
